Cooling System
At the center of every cooling machine lies its cooling system, usually comprising of a cooling water tank and spray system. Immersion of rubber sheets in water from the cooling water tank rapidly reduces their temperatures; spray distribution ensures uniform cooling across their surfaces for enhanced effectiveness and uniform cooling effects. Some advanced machines are even equipped with temperature sensors that monitor both cooling water temperature and rubber sheet temperatures in real time; upon preset values being met by either parameter automatically adjust the spray volume or water temperature accordingly.
Conveying System
This system includes conveyor rollers and belts made from stainless steel for optimal corrosion resistance and wear resistance, to ensure rubber sheets travel smoothly along their journey. Conveyor belt material selection depends on the characteristics of each rubber sheet type - usually rubber or plastic belts are chosen depending on what material their surface material requires - these belts feature smooth surfaces to minimize friction with sheet-on-belt contact, thus protecting surfaces from being damaged by frictional contact between sheets and conveyor. Conveying speed can be adjusted based on thickness/material of rubber sheets used.
After cooling, a drying system must be used to extract surface moisture from rubber sheets. Two commonly employed drying techniques are hot air drying and air-blowing drying - with former employing heated air being blown onto rubber sheets in order to quickly evaporate moisture, while latter relies on fan airflow for removal of surface water. Both temperature and airflow speed of these methods can be adjusted for optimal drying results.
An advanced automated control system enables precise temperature, speed and spray volume management. Operators can set various parameters via a control panel and monitor real-time status of equipment through real-time status reports. Furthermore, this control system features fault detection and alarm functions; should any abnormalities arise it will activate alerts as well as provide fault information in order to assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repairs.
After mixing or calendering, rubber sheet is first immersed into a water tank for immersion cooling, rapidly lowering its temperature. Once immersed, heat transfers quickly between rubber sheet and water. Next it enters spray cooling section where further temperature reduction takes place through spray system; finally drying system eliminates residual surface moisture which may create adhesion issues during storage or further processing - with continuous monitoring by control system to ensure optimal quality and production efficiency.
