3 layers rubber sheet cooling is a device that cools the plasticized rubber or the rubber compounded by the tablet press to cool the film. The main process equipment is composed of a release agent coating device, a clamping and lifting conveyor belt, a glue hanging cooling and conveying device, a cutter lamination device, a transmission device and a control system.

Cooling System
At the center of every cooling machine lies its cooling system, usually comprising of a cooling water tank and spray system. Immersion of rubber sheets in water from the cooling water tank rapidly reduces their temperatures; spray distribution ensures uniform cooling across their surfaces for enhanced effectiveness and uniform cooling effects. Conveying System

After cooling, a drying system must be used to extract surface moisture from rubber sheets.
