Tread Extrusion Cooling Line

This linkage line is fully automatic equipment for tire tread extrusion production. The tread is extruded for scribing, printing, cooling, cutting, drying, and collecting in the rear section, at the same speed as the extruder. Cooling has the advantages of large output, low cost, good cooling effect, and high efficiency.

The technical parameters are as follows:

1. The total length is about 24 meters, the total width is 2.3 meters, and the total height is 4.4 meters; the marking part is 4.2 meters long, the printing slope crossing part is 5.8 meters long, the cooling part is 12 meters long, the cutting part is 5.6 meters long, and the drying part is long 4.9 meters, the weighing part is 4.2 meters long; applicable tread rubber size: 100mm-500mm;

2. Line speed: 5m-35m/min continuous production, the speed control of the whole production line is controlled by the AC variable frequency motor and the swing rod, and the deviation correction device is added;

3. The cooling water tank is made of 304 stainless steel, and the mesh belt is made of high-strength plastic mesh belt; in order to improve the cooling effect, the cooling water flow direction is opposite to that of the belt;

4. Air pump to dry;

5. Electricity adopts Mitsubishi PLC control, touch screen operation;

6. In order to improve safety, all places with more dangerous operations are equipped with emergency stop switches

Application of tread extrusion cooling line: The tread/sidewall of the triple compound extrusion is cooled by spraying, dried, and coiled for the next production process.
