Products Features

 

1. The rubber calender is driven by DC motor with a wide range of speed adjustment, which allows a wide rang of speed adjustment. Working linear speeds can be steplessly changed within the fixed range. The rolls are equipped with bearings lubrication failure alarm device, as well as nip display and speed display.

2. The rubber calender is made of chilled castiron alloys,whose work surface has high hardness,so it is wear-resistant and durable.

3. The rolls are made of chilled Alloy Cast Iron LTH-H. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
Hardness: 68-72HSD
Chilling Layer: 10-25mm

4. Host Bearing:
Our rubber calendering machine uses equipped with Swedish SKF bearings to guarantee calendering accuracy.

5. Nip Adjustment Device
Nip Adjustment using Upper Roller, Down Roller. It can adjust at both ends at the same time and can adjust separately.

6. Transmission Type:
It is using motor drive speed reducer, through stick pin couplings, friction ratio drive the roller rotation.

7. Speed Reducer:
Type: One Motor input, and one shaft output.
Gear: Hard-tooth type, airlight immersing oil speed reducer. Noise ≤78dB, Safety Factor: SA≥2 times。

8. Main Motor:
The main motor using frequency motor and through variable-frequence governor adjust the motor rotate speed.

9. Lubrication System:
Bearing Lubrication: These systems has one set of oil tank, it including flow adjustable oil temperature gauge, condenser, filter etc. and flow control, and lower the lubrication oil temperature and guarantee the cleanness of the lubrication oil.
