Working Principle of Cutting Machines

 

A hydraulic cutting machine allows an operator to position rubber material under its cutting blade before pressing the start button. As soon as this happens, the cutting blade moves downward along the machine frame under the influence of piston rod, cutting into smaller pieces as it descends along the machine frame. In contrast, in an automatic cutting machine's control system executes pre-programmed instructions driving its movement; then high speed rotating blade comes into contact with rubber material, shattering it into smaller pieces.

 

Applications of the Rubber Cutting Machine

 

  • Rubber Product Manufacturing: When producing tires, large rubber blocks must be cut into appropriate sizes to create various parts. Likewise, in rubber seal production rubber is cut to specific shapes and sizes as raw material for subsequent molding processes; while in hose manufacturing strips of rubber are cut for winding or extrusion molding processes.
