Hot Feed Rubber Extruder Machine with Ce

The Hot Feed Rubber Extruder is designed and manufactured to produce semi-finished rubber products of various shapes. The machine is used for extruding different shape of rubber semi-product. The product is widely used for the production of O-rings, seal rings, sealing elements, rubber sheets, rubber strips, water stops, rubber pads, rubber hoses, rubber belts, cables, railway equipment, tires, inner tubes, and many more. The strength of the machinery comes from the high level of efficiency and volume of output.

The machine is used for the extrusion of half-finished rubber products such as tire tread, inner tube, rim bancl and rubber tube. Etc.

Reducer: hardened tooth
A. Design Condition: application factor≥1.75

C. The output shaft adopts hollow structure, inserting screw for torque
transmission.
D. With hagioscope, oil standard, and oil drain with end cap
E. Lubrication system is made up with Independent lubricating oil pump. Easy for gear and bearing forced lubrication.
F. The top of reduce is equipped with vent valve. The oil drain is in the bottom
of the reducer.

Temperature control:
A. Pipeline locates in the non-working area of the extruder.
B. flexible connecting pipe can bear more than 120ºC
C. All valves have a nameplate
D. At least 1 hour 10kg/cm2 hydraulic testing made inside the screw. No leakage.

Engine base:
A.Extruder and motor are on the same engine base.
B. With sufficient strength and stiffness, Can bear the torque, vibration, or other load caused by the extruder
C.With a hook or lifting hole for lifting
