Application :
The automatic stock blender rubber mixing mill can be divided into open type and closed type. Automatic stock blender rubber mixing mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A.with chemicals into final materials. The final material can be transported to rubber calender, batch off cooler, rubber extruder, rubber vulcanizing press or other processing machines for the heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing and mixing of rubber or plastic products.
Product description
1 The construction of rolls: drilled, bored, grooved, corrugated. The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
2 The automatic stock blender rubber mixing mill is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.
3 The rubber mixing mill is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just draw the safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable. The braking length of the roller is 1/6 rotation, maximizing safety.
4 The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
5 Stock bender for direct rubber sheet and knife to cut as your need to assemble.
6 Automatic circulated lubrication system for anti friction roller bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
7 Roll cooling of rubber mixing mill: universal rotary joints with inner spray pipes with hoses and headers. piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.
8 The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.
