Features Of Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine
1. The Rubber vulcanizing press adopts the PLC touch screen automatic control. PLC control system can accurately realize auto lifting, auto mould open/close, auto air exhausting, auto pressure filling, also with the vulcanizing timing function, vulcanizing alarms function, automatic control & manual control switch function.

2. The Rubber vulcanizing press heating method with steam heating or electrical heating or oil heating we can as our clients required to design.

4. The Rubber vulcanizing press machine plate size, piston stroke and total pressure can be adjusted according to customers' actual requirement, the machine can equip with manual-pull mold and automatic hydraulic-pull mold, which reduces labors' working strength and inconvenience.

BEISHUN will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Q4:What about Beishun oversea service? How long will it take?
Beishun will arrange oversea setting up and training works if customer need. Customer should pay for accommodation , tickets and salary .
Small machine usually takes within 3~5 days.
Big plant usually takes about 30 days.
