Function: The main function of the fiber separator machine is to separate the fine villus fibers which mixed in rubber granulate or rubber powder, and so as to improve the purity of rubber powder and the quality of recycled rubber products.
Operation principle: There is a transmission device in the center of the body, which can drive the impeller to rotate at high speed. Rubber granulate or rubber powder with villus fibers are spirally conveyed into the body. The impeller rotates at high speed to generate air flow and form air pressure in the body, which causes the fine villus fibers to rise and float. The villus fibers are discharged through the pipeline, and the pure rubber particles fall to the sieve mesh to flow out because of their weight, so as to achieve the purpose of separation.
