Tyre tread cooling machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.
It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.

Applications
The tread cooling line machineis used for tire tread via extrusion method or calendar method. The line uses spray and immersion cooling methods so as to ensure adequate cooling , fully meet the motorcycle tire tread production process, improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. This cooling device consists fo the following components:1,Take-off device: conveyory belt , slope and so on; 2, Cooling device: three layer cooling tank; 3, Length cut device: rodless cylinder and disc cutter.

1. Immerse the rubber sheet into the dip tank which contains a solvent then hang the sheets where they will be dried by fan. These procedures guarantee and optimal cooling and drying effect.
2. The whole machine adopts PLC control. Every procedure is driven by variable frequency motor. The speed can be adjusted freely.
3. Cooling fans are high-volume fans with optimal cooling effects.
4. Upon request, rubber cooling machines can be equipped with an automatic counting device, automatic cutting device and automatic packing device. After automatic sheet packing, it is easier to feed the rubber extruder machine.
5. After feeding, workers can just leave the machine to work by itself.
Test Running Before Delivery
Before leaving factory, this rubber sheet cooling machine needs to pass 24 hours' test running and guarantee no oil leakage and seeping to avoid unnecessary quality problems.
Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
