The rubber tile vulcanizing press is specially designed to produce rubber floor tiles, rubber ground mats, and other rubber flooring products.

Product description
1. Rubber vulcanizing press mainly consists of host machine, hydraulic system, and electronic control system.
2. We use high quality45# steel (produce by Jigang Group Co.,Ltd which is a famous company) ,after shot blasting ,smooth, it is strong enough than common steel.
3. Piston:
the material of plunger is Chilled cast iron, after polishing,grinding treatment and resist compression test,make the surface smooth,and anti-abrasion.It does not rust in idle periods.
4. The Rubber vulcanizing press adopts the advanced PLC control . The working program can be set in the cabinet and machine will work according to this program. PLC control system can accurately realize auto lifting, auto mould open/close, auto air exhausting, auto pressure filling, also with the vulcanizing timing function, vulcanizing alarms function, automatic control & manual control switch function.
5. Each layer is equipped with two sets of molds to take altermate during operation..

Test Running Before Delivery
Before leaving factory, this Rubber vulcanizing press needs to pass 24 hours' test running and guarantee no oil leakage and seeping to avoid unnecessary quality problems.

Packaging
Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film, to protect the painting surface, we use wooden packaging outside.The key parts of the machine, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.
