Rubber Mixing Two Roll Machine

1. Product introduction

Rubber mixing two roll machine are made of chilled cast iron, vanadium and titanium alloys. The roller surface is hard and wear-resistant. The inner cavity is treated to distribute the temperature evenly over the roll surface. The machine is equipped with overload protection to prevent damage to the main components due to overloading. The machine is equipped with emergency equipment. When an emergency occurs, just pull the lever and the machine will stop immediately. The device is safe and reliable. The transmission system adopts ordinary or hard-tooth surface gear reducer with compact structure, which has higher transmission, efficiency, lower noise and longer service life. This machine is suitable for plasticizing, heating and mixing of rubber and plastics. The machine is used to make rubber sheets and mix recycled powder into recycled rubber.

2. Product Features

1) Roll: Alloy chilled cast iron roll with surface hardness of 510~550 BHN. Rolls are mirror-finished and polished, properly ground, and hollowed out for cooling or heating

3) Roll cooling: Universal swivel with inner nozzle, with hose and header. Piping is completed up to the supply pipe terminal.

4) Journal housing: heavy duty cast steel housing with anti-friction roller bearings

5) Lubrication: Manual/electric grease lubrication pump for anti-friction roller bearings mounted in dust-sealed housings.

6) Bracket and Apron (Cap): Heavy Duty Steel Casting.

7) Gearbox: The helical gear reducer is directly coupled with the rear roller and the motor

8) Bottom frame: Common bottom frame heavy duty, finished steel beam and MS plate, on which the whole machine with gearbox and motor is installed. No deep foundation required

9) Electrical control panel: star-delta electrical operation panel with automatic commutation, voltmeter, ampere, overload protection relay, three-phase indicator and emergency stop switch.

3. Use

Rubber mixing two roll machine is mainly used by rubber and plastic products factories for natural rubber mastication, mixing raw rubber and compounding agents, or used for rubber compound heat compounding and rubber compound tableting. It is suitable for special equipment for rubber-related industries such as reclaimed rubber factories, transmission belt factories, conveyor belt factories, rubber products factories, shoe factories, cable factories, rubber hose factories, seal factories, scientific research institutions, etc.
