Technical Parameters

The main working parts of the two roll mixing mill are two hollow or drilled rolls that rotate inward in different directions. The device on the operator's side is called the front roller. It can move back and forth horizontally by manual or electric action, so as to adjust the roller distance and meet the operation requirements. Its base is fixed and cannot move back and forth.

The two rollers are generally the same size and rotate relatively at different speeds. With the rotation of the roller, the raw rubber or rubber is drawn into the gap between the two rollers and subjected to strong shear to achieve the purpose of plastic refining or mixing. two roll mixing mill is also used in plastic processing and other departments.

Features:

1. The integral bottom plate is integral and easy to install. The transmission mode is single shaft output to ensure large torque. Imported bearings can reduce friction force and ensure power saving, low noise, and uniform, parallel, and controllable rubber thickness.

2. The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard, wear-resistant, and durable surface. There is a cooling pipeline in the machine to ensure that the roller body cools down quickly and evenly.

3. Movable rubber baffle plates are installed at both ends of the drum to prevent the rubber from squeezing into the drum bearing from both ends of the drum.

4. The machine adopts manual distance adjustment, which ensures accurate thickness regulation and convenient operation.

5. The machine is equipped with a safety device. The safety device adopts reverse braking. When the machine stops normally, the reverse braking does not work, and the machine stops slowly by itself. In case of emergency, pull the safety device pull rod above the machine or the emergency stop switch on the operation panel, and the reverse brake will act immediately to facilitate the rapid stop of the machine.

6. The transmission device adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, with a compact structure, long service life, high transmission efficiency, and low noise.

7. The automatic rubber turning device is located at the top of the open rubber mixer. It can turn the rubber automatically with the cooperation of the operator, eliminating the cumbersome rubber turning operation of the operator, which not only speeds up the work efficiency but also reduces the burden of workers. It is a leading technology in the open rubber mixer industry.

Usage method:

1. Before the use of the machine, first check whether all lubricating oil is normal. After start-up, it must idle for 5-10 minutes to check whether the lubricating oil is normal before starting work.

2. The heating and cooling of the roller shall be carried out slowly with the roller rotating to avoid deformation and fracture of the roller. During plastic refining, the roller temperature is high. Before heating, the front and rear rollers shall be separated by a certain distance to prevent the roller from scratching the roller surface due to thermal expansion.

3. When adjusting the distance, the left and right shall be uniform. When mixing rubber, the roll distance is not allowed to be zero to avoid damaging the roller and bearing.

4. During hot refining and tablet pressing, the roll distance should be gradually adjusted from large to small. During plastic refining, the roll distance is gradually increased from small to large. The rubber block shall not be too large, the maximum shall not exceed 0.7kg and shall be preheated. During formal production, the feeding amount of each time shall be limited to 2kg.

5. During rubber mixing, when the roller temperature is high, the plasticity of raw rubber increases, and vulcanized bread may appear on the roller, affecting the output. Therefore, pay attention to prevent it during operation.

6. During the two roll mixing mill is breaking glue, the distance between the two movable baffles shall be adjusted to within 100mm.

Maintenance and repair

1、The service life of the machine is closely related to daily maintenance, especially lubrication.

2、Daily maintenance work must be done well. All main components, such as reducer, drive sprocket, speed ratio gear, roller bearing, etc., shall be inspected regularly and replaced in time according to wear or turned over for use.

3、Do not load too much. The excessive operation will inevitably lead to an overload of mechanical structures, which will damage mechanical parts and even main components.
