1. Preparation before operation
Check that the equipment is in good condition and functioning normally.
Install the mold.
Turn on the power, set the vulcanization time, pressure, exhaust and other parameters, set the temperature and turn on the temperature control to preheat.

After preheating to the set temperature (extend for a longer period of time to ensure that the mold temperature reaches the specified temperature), open the mold, put in a certain amount of rubber, and press start.
