1. Flat vulcanizer: Rubber and plastic seal vulcanizers, O-ring vulcanizers, seal vulcanizers, sheet vulcanizers, and conveyor belt vulcanizers are all within the scope of flat vulcanizers.
2. Tape vulcanizer, also known as (tape joint vulcanizer, conveyor belt joint machine): divided into portable tape vulcanizer and fixed tape vulcanizer. Fixed tape vulcanizer is our commonly used jaw vulcanizer. The larger weight of the model is not conducive to moving, but the efficiency is much higher than that of the portable larger vulcanizer.
3. Silicone rubber vulcanizing machine: automatic mold opening integrates the functions of pre-pressing, automatic degassing, pressure-holding vulcanization, and automatic mold release required by various rubber vulcanization processes. Using PLC programmable controller, all mold parameters can be stored in the touch screen, which is convenient for operation and management.
