Safety operation rules for Frame type Vulcanizing Press Machine
1. Wear protective equipment during operation, do not use wet gloves.
2. Preheat the plate in advance before vulcanization, check whether there are any debris between the plates, and whether other parts are normal.
3. The pressure gauge and thermometer should be sensitive and effective, and the steam pressure, oil pressure and vulcanization temperature should be strictly controlled according to safety and process conditions.
4. When loading the vulcanization mold, do not put your hand between the plates to prevent scalding and extrusion. If any problems are found, stop processing immediately. Note that the mold used should be placed stably to prevent falling and extrusion.
5. After the operation, be sure to cut off the power supply, turn off the water and valve, and put the mold back to the designated position.
