The Dual 2RT Vulcanizing Machine features an elegant dual-host design, equipped with its own independent electrical control system and hydraulic system. The main structure includes four columns arranged bottom-up pressing design that provides long-term stability; its four column bottom-up pressing ensures high strength and rigidity for long-term stability, while cylinder groups work in concert for efficient mold clamping, vulcanization and demolding operations.

Intelligent Hydraulic Control for Precise Vulcanization

This machine features an advanced hydraulic system, with the hydraulic pump efficiently converting liquid pressure into mechanical energy for clamping and pressing operations. A dual-power hydraulic circuit ensures stable operation while an energy efficient heating system allows hot plates to be precisely controlled at up to 200degC for consistent vulcanization quality.

PLC Intelligent Control for Easy Operation

With its PLC touchscreen control system, users can freely set parameters such as degassing time, degassing cycles, vulcanization time and heating temperature. Furthermore, this machine boasts high degrees of automation by supporting automatic rising, mold opening, descending, exhaust, pressure compensation timing temperature control ejection push-out functions. An automatic mold locking system adds production efficiency while guaranteeing operational safety.
