Product introduction:
Mainly used for thinning, plasticizing, and extrusion of reclaimed rubber, natural rubber, and synthetic rubber. The machines in this series utilize hard gears for speed reduction and have a special connection structure. It has the advantages of high productivity, large front and rear roller speed ratio, compact structure, low noise, low operation and maintenance cost, etc.
Structural features:
1. Roller
(1) Type: Front and rear rollers hollow smooth roller.
(2) Material: Alloy chilled cast iron LTG-H, centrifugal casting
(3) Surface hardness: 68~75HSD (HRC60-65)
(4) Bearings: Self-aligning rolling bearings are used
(5) Bearing seat: made of cast steel, processed after annealing treatment, and attached with lubricating oil holes
(6) Bearing seat seal: gray iron casting end cover, felt ring seal, no oil leakage inside and outside
(7) Roller cooling: The domestic high-quality rotary joint is adopted, which has a good sealing effect and long service life.
2. Base and rack
(1) Base: It adopts the overall welded structure of steel pipe and channel steel, and is mechanically processed after aging treatment.
(2) Frame: It adopts a steel plate welded structure, which is treated by aging and machined.
(3) Gland: It adopts welded structure and is machined after aging treatment.
3. Distance adjustment device
(1) Adjustment range: 0.1~8MM
(2) It is composed of a pitch nut, lead screw, hand wheel, movable handle, dial, etc.
4. Safety device
(1) In the form of a safety sheet

5. Rubber baffle
(1) Type: removable
(2) Material: Nylon rubber baffle form, stable installation
6. Feeding tray: welded by stainless steel plate
7. Reducer: ZSY200 reducer input, single output shaft, hard tooth surface.
8. Emergency stop and braking device
(1) Type: Controlled by the deletion of push-button emergency stop switch (with reset function)
(2) Braking capacity: The roller rotates no more than 1/4 circle after braking.
9. Lubrication system
(1) The roller bearing is lubricated; grease lubrication is adopted (with 4 manual pumps)
(2) Reducer gear lubrication: use self-draining lubrication.
10. Distance adjustment device: Electric distance adjustment.
11. Electrical control: The main low-voltage electrical components are Chint and Delixi Electric Appliances.
