A rubber two-roll mixing mill is mainly composed of the stand, frame, roll, drive system, lubricating device, heating, and cooling device, roll gap adjusting device, safety braking device, motor, and retarder.

It is mainly used in the following situations in rubber products factories: natural rubber refining, mixing of raw rubber and compounding components, heating refining, and pressing of rubber compounds.

Main Feature

1. The drum is made of alloy chilled cast iron (including split casting or integrated alloy type). Their surfaces are hard and wear-resistant

2. The roles of the rubber two-roll mixing mill are divided into hollow rolls and drilled rolls. Hollow rollers (hollow rollers are drilled in the cavity, usually sprayed in the drilled cavity for heating and cooling). The surface of the hollow roll can be processed into smooth rolls, overall smooth rolls, partially grooved rolls, welded alloy rolls, etc. Circumferential drilling rolls are optional for high cooling or heating rates

3. Both ends of the roll are supported by double row spherical bearings. Large machines use double bearings. It has the advantages of stable operation, energy-saving, low noise, and long service life.

4. All series rolling mills are equipped with safety devices according to the new stand to protect the main parts from damage

5. Rolling bearing lubrication: order with grease lubrication and oil lubrication

6. The drive part adopts nylon pin coupling to prevent the main parts from being damaged due to the overload of the transmission part

7. The reducer adopts a hard tooth surface reducer. Low noise, high transmission efficiency, and long service life
