Before the normal use of the flat vulcanizing machine, it must be tested by idling. Before the test, first check whether the connecting parts are loose and whether the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for the test run are as follows:
1. Pull down the control handle of the control valve, open the control valve, start the oil pump, and let the oil pump run idle for 10 minutes.
2. Pull the handle up, close the control valve, let the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure enter the oil cylinder, and make the plunger rise until the hot plate is closed.
3. Qingdao Beishun Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. stated that the number of times of closing the hot plate in the dry running test run should not be less than 5 times, and the machine can be put into normal use only after confirming that the machine meets the design requirements.
