The rubber vulcanizer needs to change the oil after running for a period of time, depending on the degree of oil pollution. But how to control the oil change time is also a problem. So how to grasp this time?
1. Visually check the oil change method. According to the experience of the maintenance personnel and the visual changes of some regular states of the oil, such as the oil turning black, smelly, milky white, etc., decide whether to replace the oil. This method depends on the experience of the actual operator.
2. Sampling and determination method. The oil in the vulcanizing machine should be sampled and tested regularly. The measured items (such as viscosity, acid value, moisture, particle size and content, corrosion, etc.) and indicators should be compared with the specified oil deterioration standards based on the actual measured value of oil quality to determine whether the oil should be replaced. Sampling time: The hydraulic system of general construction machinery should be sampled one week before the oil change cycle. The hydraulic system of key equipment such as comprehensive tunneling machines is sampled and tested every 500 hours, and the test results are filled in the equipment technical files. The sampling test method is applicable to key equipment and large hydraulic equipment.
3. Regular oil change method. According to the environmental conditions and working conditions of the site where the equipment is located, as well as the oil change interval of the oil used, replace the equipment when it is due. This method is suitable for enterprises with more hydraulic equipment.
The storage environment of the rubber vulcanizing machine should be dry to avoid the circuit from being damp. Do not use the curing machine outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electric cabinet and heating plate. If the working environment is humid and watery, when disassembling the transfer vulcanizer, it should be cushioned with ground objects, and the vulcanizer should not be directly exposed to water. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during operation, please contact the manufacturer for repair. If emergency maintenance is required, turn over the upper cover of the heating plate, pour out the water first, then set the electric cabinet to manual operation, heat to 100°C, keep the temperature constant for half an hour, dry the circuit, and glue the belt in manual mode. If the rubber vulcanizer is not used for a long time, the heating plate is heated every half a month (the temperature is set at 100°C) and kept warm for half an hour. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be cleaned. Especially in winter, if the water cannot be cleaned, the rubber will age prematurely and the service life will decrease.
