One way is to prevent the conveyor belt from being subjected to large impacts. The design of the coal hopper of the transportation system is too large, the coal flow direction is unreasonable, and there are many large materials in the system, which can impact the conveyor belt, form more pits on the belt surface, and damage the rubber surface.

The second case, to prevent contact with high-temperature materials. When the vulcanizer conveyor belt transports the dirty coal in the boiler room, the uncooled high-temperature dirty coal makes the conveyor belt cover rubber melt, which aggravates the abnormal wear of the belt surface. In addition, the sparks and slag generated during the welding and gas cutting operations can also cause damage to the belt cover rubber.

The third case is also important, which is the quality of the conveyor belt. In the manufacturing process of nylon conveyor belts, due to insufficient adhesive force of the rubber material, defects in the process or a strict manufacturing process, the reaction force of the friction force causes the cover rubber to gradually peel off, and the cover rubber on the belt surface may tear when severe.
