Two roll rubber mill machine enters the market with high-quality rollers, good sealing, flexibility and safety. This machine has simple structure, easy operation and easy maintenance and disassembly. But no matter how simple the operation is, it must be installed according to the correct steps, otherwise it will cause unnecessary damage to the machine or the staff. Then, I will give you a brief introduction to the precautions for the installation and commissioning of this machine.
1. When installing, the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines of the box should be corrected with a level meter, and users can connect pipelines and electrical circuits according to specific conditions.
2. Check whether the decelerator protective cover is loose and whether lubricant has been added to each lubrication point. For the first test run, the roller bearing should be lubricated with engine oil. After the heavy load test run is normal, use grease again.
3. Comprehensively check whether the electrical wiring is connected correctly, and the electrical enclosure must be connected to the ground wire.
4. Carefully check whether the connecting parts are firmly connected, and tighten the screws and nuts.
5. Remove all sundries and leave the two rollers 1-2mm away.
6. Connect the temperature regulating pipeline, and connect the cooling water with a pressure of 0.098-0.29Mpa or steam with a pressure of 0.49Mpa. The user configures the regulating valve and water inlet piping.
After the above work is done, you can power on for a test run. During the test run of two roll rubber mill machine, pay special attention to observe whether there is any bad condition. If there is any bad condition, stop and check immediately.
