When the seal ring of the cylinder plunger is used for a long time or is damaged or fails to meet the seal requirements, a new oil seal must be replaced;
One: Loosen the fixing ring connecting the vulcanizing machine platform and the vulcanizing machine plunger (the fixing ring has four link screws, which can be opened), and remove the fixing ring;
Two: The vulcanizing machine platform is raised to a large height (so that the vulcanizing machine platform and the vulcanizing machine plunger are naturally separated), and the platform is firmly supported with wooden blocks or other equal-length iron blocks below, so that the vulcanizing machine platform does not fall;
Three: Loosen the flange bolt of the flange that presses the plunger (the oil seal is under the flange), remove the nut, and remove the flange from the gap between the plunger and the lifting plate to expose the oil seal, and then remove the old Replace the oil seal with a new oil seal; you can also start the oil pump, move the plunger upward, take the sealing ring out of the cylinder, and replace it with a new one; after completion, just install it as is; remember to replace the new oil seal Do not tighten the large screw cap of the blue plate with a wrench. Tighten it gradually by hand until there is no oil leakage; (Do not tighten it so as not to hold it)
