1. Pressure instability
The reasons for the unstable pressure of the Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine may be the air in the oil, the internal wear of the relief valve and the contamination of the oil.
Solution: Remove air from oil, repair or replace damaged parts, clean and replace contaminated oil.
2. Low pressure
The setting value of the pressure reducer or relief valve is too low, the setting value of the pressure reducing valve or relief valve is damaged, and the pump speed is too low, which may be the reason for the low pressure of the Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine.

3. No stress

4. The pressure is too high
The reason for the high pressure of the Vulcanizing Press Machine may be improper adjustment of the relief valve, pressure reducing valve or unloading valve, the variable organization of the variable displacement pump does not work, and the overflow valve, pressure reducing valve or unloading valve Damaged or blocked valve.
Solutions: Reset and adjust safety valves, pressure reducing or unloading valves, repair or replace variable displacement pumps, repair and clean safety valves, and replace in severe cases.
